By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

These terms govern all work carried out by Adam Jackson Lettings Support unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scope of Services

We provide services including (but not limited to):

Lettings administration
Tenant communication handling
Maintenance coordination
Compliance support
Rent and arrears support
Complaint handling and dispute support
General property management assistance

All services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed.

​

Working Relationship

We act as a support service, not as the managing agent or landlord.

We operate under instruction from the client
The client retains full legal responsibility for all properties, tenancies and decisions
We do not make binding legal decisions on behalf of clients

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Ensure all instructions comply with current UK legislation
Maintain appropriate insurance and legal compliance
Review and approve work where required

​

Fees & Payment

Fees will be agreed in advance and may include:

Fixed fees (per task or service)
Hourly rates
Monthly retainers

Where work exceeds the agreed scope, additional charges may apply and will be discussed before proceeding.

Payment terms will be agreed at the start of the engagement.

​

Time Estimates

Any time estimates or completion times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on:

Complexity of the case
Client response times
Third-party involvement

Complaints & Dispute Work

For services such as complaints handling, deposit disputes or ombudsman cases:

Pricing is based on expected time and complexity


Additional time may be required and will be agreed in advance
Outcomes cannot be guaranteed

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose information to third parties unless:

Required to deliver the service
Required by law

Data Handling

We may process data relating to:

Clients
Tenants
Landlords
Contractors

This is done solely for the purpose of delivering services and in accordance with UK GDPR.

We act as a data processor where handling data on behalf of clients.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Decisions made by clients
Losses arising from incorrect information provided
Third-party actions (contractors, tenants, etc.)
Outcomes of disputes or legal processes

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

We aim to provide reliable and consistent support but do not guarantee availability at all times.
