I’m Adam Jackson, based in County Durham. I’ve spent over 20 years working in residential lettings and property management.
I started and ran my own successful lettings agency in the North East (North East Letting), managing properties, tenants, compliance, maintenance and day-to-day operations. Over that time, I dealt with everything the role can throw at you — from tenancy issues and arrears to complex disputes and operational challenges.
After selling the business, I now provide remote lettings support to agents and landlords who need experienced, reliable help without the cost, risk and time involved in hiring staff.
